The role of Packaging Technician Specialized ensures that LEGO packaging samples are measured, tested, and evaluated according to the latest LEGO packaging standards. A specialized packaging technician also ensures that correct feedback and required reporting are provided for the given packaging type and test procedure.
A prerequisite for the job is that the LEGO end-user is the focus, and a consumer perspective is integrated into all aspects of packaging evaluation. Utilizing your skills and abilities across the packaging novelty organization is a key lever for success.

Decision Mandate:
Decision authority to approve packaging constructions. Final decision on OK / NOK must be made with the test initiator or activity owner according to applicable quality standards. In case of doubt, escalation to the department manager or relevant quality function.
