Job Summary
JD.com, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety within our logistics network.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
* Oversee the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
* Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
* Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, generate reports, and optimize workflows.
* Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to management as needed.
* Train new team members on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse facility.

Job Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.
* Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
* Forklift certification is a plus.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
