About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee and take part in receiving, picking, and shipping. Ensure operations meet standards. Assign tasks like inventory management, stock - arrangement, and inventory counts. Track task progress. Resolve warehouse issues such as order problems, incorrect shipments, or data discrepancies. Coordinate with other teams to keep operations running smoothly. Make sure warehouse documents are accurate and up - to - date, and data is correctly entered. Help with inventory audits and reconcile records. Enforce safety rules, including equipment use and goods stacking. Keep the warehouse clean and organized following 5S principles. Assist in training new employees. Monitor team performance, give feedback, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

No restrictions on majors or warehousing experience, fresh graduates are acceptable, with e-commerce and logistics majors preferred. Understand warehouse processes, safety regulations and 5S concepts. Proficient in using Excel and other office software.

Proficient in Chinese and Korean.（plus）
