About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1、负责客户的关系维护与拓展,确保客户满意度及长期合作关系。
2、作为客户与公司内部团队(仓储、运输、配送、系统等)之间的对接人,协调资源确保客户需求得到及时响应和解决。
3、定期与客户进行业务回顾,共同改进业务流程,持续提升日常运营及异常处理效率。
4、协助客户操作业务系统、解决异常订单、核实物流轨迹、处理货物丢失破损等异常事件。


1、Maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
2、Serving as the liaison between clients and internal teams (warehousing, transportation, delivery, systems, etc.), coordinating resources to ensure timely response and resolution of client needs.
3、Conducting regular business reviews with clients to jointly improve operational processes and continuously enhance efficiency in daily operations and exception handling.
4、Helping clients with resolving order exceptions, verifying logistics tracking information, and handling abnormal incidents such as lost or damaged goods.
