ABOUT US
At OakNorth, we're on a mission to empower ambitious businesses and the communities they serve. Since 2015, we've lent over $21 billion across the UK and US, helped create more than 58,000 new homes and 36,000 new jobs, and supported hundreds of thousands of personal savers — all while driving economic growth in the markets we serve.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Finance team sits at the heart of OakNorth's operations, supporting a fast-scaling business across India, the UK, and the US. The Accounts Payable function is a critical part of that engine — ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time, compliance obligations are met across multiple jurisdictions, and finance processes are continually improving. This is a team that takes ownership, embraces automation, and partners closely with the rest of the business to drive operational excellence.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE…
8–10 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment, with a track record of leading AP processes or teams.
