About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Efficiency & Analytics Specialist. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Establishing use of data analytics to surface finance opportunities that:
    • improve controls,
    • impact working capital; and
    • improve P&L
  • Enabling GBS efficiency goals through
    • process optimization reviews,
    • continuous improvement mindset; and
    • innovation.

About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field related to accounting

  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written

  • Demonstrated influencing skills

  • Proven prioritization skills with a focus on delivery within tight deadlines

  • Excellent attention to details and can recognize and raise opportunities for process improvements

  • Experience with finance and accounting tools (SAP, JDE, Blackline, GEP SMART)

  • Microsoft Power BI experience
