Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash (OTC) Analytics Manager to lead a global team delivering reporting and analytics across the GBS OTC function (EMEA, NA, and APAC).
This is a leadership role with end-to-end accountability for reporting delivery, team performance, and the ongoing evolution of the OTC analytics landscape. You will build and lead a high-performing team, ensure consistent and high-quality reporting, and drive standardization, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the function.
You will work closely with OTC Operations, IT, Digital Enablement (DE), PPI, Automation, and Project Management teams to enhance data integrity, streamline processes, and contribute to key transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and reporting specialists
- Set clear objectives, manage performance, and ensure strong engagement and accountability
- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and customer focus
- Support talent development through regular coaching, feedback, and skip-level interactions
- Act as a point of escalation and decision-making for reporting and analytics topics
Reporting Ownership & Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of OTC reporting, including month-end and critical performance metrics
- Define reporting standards, definitions, and governance across regions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data across all outputs
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reports
- Prioritize workload and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables aligned to business needs
- Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and reporting solutions
- Support forecasting, performance tracking, and business reviews
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with OTC Operations, IT, DE and global stakeholders to define reporting requirements
- Provide clear, proactive communication to senior stakeholders and support decision-making
- Act as a key interface between business, IT, and digital/automation teams
- Represent the reporting function in governance forums and cross-functional initiatives
Process Improvement & Transformation
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement across OTC reporting processes
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Support implementation and adoption of standardized OTC processes across Shared Service Centers
- Contribute to productivity and transformation initiatives across the GBS organization
Governance, Controls & Projects
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and SOX requirements
- Maintain robust documentation, governance standards, and audit readiness
- Collaborate with Internal and External Audit teams
- Support system implementations, migrations, and transition activities
- Manage dependencies across projects and support successful execution
- Deputize for Senior Manager as required
- Lead or contribute to strategic cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Proven experience leading teams in data-driven environment
- Strong expertise in OTC processes (credit, collections, cash application, etc.)
- Experience with BI tools, SQL, and advanced Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Fluent in English
Preferred
- Experience in Shared Services environment
- Experience in finance or commercial analytics (e.g., AR, DSO, revenue reporting)
- Familiarity with forecasting, AOP, and performance management
- Experience leading automation or digital transformation initiatives
