Business Analyst
The Work:
The Business Analyst role ultimately ensures that business needs are clearly articulated, well‑documented, and accurately reflected in the solutions delivered. Through strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and effective collaboration, it helps drive consistently successful outcomes across the project or program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support the design and delivery of effective solutions
- Works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear specifications or user stories, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
- Helps define current‑state and future‑state processes, identifies gaps or inefficiencies, and recommends improvements that enhance user experience and operational performance
- Works collaboratively within Agile or traditional delivery frameworks and contributes to planning, reviews, and feedback cycles
- Maintains strong communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and clarity throughout the project lifecycle

- Supports decision‑making by gathering data, analyzing root causes, and presenting insights or recommendations

- Must be eligible to obtain a government Top Secret Clearance
