You will join a dynamic, technology-driven environment focused on delivering advanced HR management systems that power payroll, attendance, pension, and workforce administration at scale. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business needs and technical implementation, working closely with engineering teams building Java-based solutions. You will help translate complex HR and compliance requirements into clear functional specifications that drive reliable, secure, and scalable software. The environment is international, remote-first, and highly collaborative, with strong emphasis on transparency and product quality. Your work will directly support mission-critical systems used to automate organizational processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Accountabilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR, payroll, and workforce management systems.
  • Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for Java-based development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to support system design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and delivery alignment.
  • Support validation and testing activities to ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to process optimization by identifying gaps and proposing system or workflow improvements.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and traceability of requirements across development cycles.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development or enterprise system environments.
    • Solid understanding of Java-based architectures and ability to collaborate effectively with Java engineering teams.
    • Experience with HR systems, payroll platforms, or enterprise workforce management solutions is a strong advantage.
    • Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
    • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured technical specifications.
    • Familiarity with Agile environments and software development lifecycles.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
    • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
