Lead eCommerce Analyst

This role is a high-impact leadership position at the center of digital commerce strategy, responsible for transforming complex customer and behavioral data into actionable insights that drive online revenue growth.
You will lead end-to-end eCommerce analytics, shaping how performance is measured across acquisition, conversion, and retention channels.
The position combines advanced analytics, experimentation, and forecasting to optimize the full digital customer journey.
You will work closely with marketing, merchandising, UX, and technology teams to influence strategic decisions across the DTC ecosystem.
This is a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment where data is used to guide both tactical improvements and long-term growth strategy.
You will also lead analytics frameworks, tools, and reporting systems that support executive-level decision-making.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the DTC eCommerce analytics strategy, aligning data initiatives with revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end digital performance analysis across the full customer journey, including homepage, product pages, cart, and checkout optimization.
  • Develop forecasting models, predictive analytics, and demand planning insights to support commercial and inventory decisions.
  • Design and implement advanced marketing measurement frameworks such as attribution modeling, MMM, and incrementality testing.
  • Manage A/B testing and experimentation programs to improve conversion rates, AOV, and overall site performance.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems that standardize KPIs across digital channels.
  • Ensure robust data governance, tagging strategy, and analytics implementation across platforms and tools.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, UX/UI, and technology teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in web or digital analytics with a strong focus on eCommerce strategy and execution.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
    • Advanced expertise in analytics tools such as GA4, Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, HotJar, and tag management systems (e.g., Tealium).
    • Strong experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
    • Proven ability in customer journey analysis, cohort segmentation, and product performance optimization.
    • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and UX/UI collaboration for conversion optimization.
    • Strong understanding of predictive modeling, forecasting, and marketing measurement methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
