This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Administradora Oracle EPM Cloud - Sênior based in Brazil.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Oracle EPM professional to take ownership of critical financial planning environments and support large-scale corporate planning processes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, governance, and continuous evolution of Oracle EPM Cloud applications while collaborating closely with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders. You will contribute to strategic planning cycles, optimize integrations across enterprise systems, and drive automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency. The position offers a highly collaborative environment where technical expertise, business acumen, and problem-solving skills play a key role in supporting financial decision-making and long-term organizational success.

Accountabilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud Planning environments (PBCS/EPBCS), ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance.
  • Monitor daily operations, scheduled jobs, business rules, Smart Pushes, Data Maps, and automated processes to support seamless planning cycles.
  • Manage metadata structures, dimensions, hierarchies, mappings, aliases, and financial master data integrations.
  • Administer user access, security profiles, groups, and identity management through OCI Console and Oracle EPM security frameworks.
  • Support integrations with SAP, AWS-based data pipelines, and corporate reporting processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to calculations, data loads, metadata, integrations, Smart View, security, and system performance.
  • Partner with FP&A teams to support planning activities, reporting requirements, forecasting processes, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support and external consulting partners to resolve incidents and manage enhancement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, operational procedures, governance controls, and audit-related records.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process optimization, performance improvements, and enhanced governance practices.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and reliable planning operations.
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience administering Oracle EPM Cloud Planning environments, including PBCS and EPBCS.
    • Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including P&L, OpEx, Workforce, CapEx, and Revenue Planning.
    • Experience managing financial master data from SAP, including General Ledger Accounts, Cost Centers, Company Codes, Profit Centers, and Projects/WBS structures.
    • Hands-on experience with OCI Console, user administration, identity and access management (IAM), and security governance.
    • Knowledge of Oracle Support tools, including My Oracle Support.
    • Experience with EPM Automate, Data Management/Data Integration, Groovy scripting, Calculation Manager, and Essbase Calculation Scripts.
    • Familiarity with AWS environments, including data pipelines, AWS Redshift, and Amazon S3.
    • Understanding of reporting processes, financial allocations, multi-currency environments, and management reporting.
    • Knowledge of governance frameworks, audit controls, project management, change management practices, and SOX compliance.
    • Experience using Smart View and supporting business users in planning and reporting activities.
    • Bachelor's degree completed in a relevant field.
    • Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to participate in professional discussions and interviews in English.
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
