Business Analyst
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst based in the United States.
This is a data-driven, operationally focused Business Analyst role supporting a high-impact healthcare organization dedicated to improving performance across value-based care operations.
You will work closely with leadership to analyze operational health metrics, translate complex datasets into actionable insights, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
The role blends data analysis, process engineering, and project coordination to ensure smooth execution across cross-functional teams.
You will help maintain visibility into key performance indicators while supporting the design and enhancement of reporting dashboards and operational tools.
A key part of the role involves tracking project delivery, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment between teams, tools, and timelines.
This is a collaborative, mission-driven environment where data is used directly to improve care delivery and operational outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to assess operational performance across the Practice Success organization.
- Partner with leadership to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
- Support the development of operational dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with business intelligence teams.
- Build and maintain presentations, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation for key initiatives, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date status visibility.
- Track tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects to support successful delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively escalate risks, delays, or resource constraints to leadership.
- Map and document existing business processes to identify workflow inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment, clarity, and smooth execution across teams.
- Support operational leadership by organizing action items, tracking deliverables, and ensuring follow-through on priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related or data-driven business analyst role.
- Familiarity with value-based care environments preferred.
- Experience working with EHR systems strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Visio, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Miro is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
