This role is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to support complex digital transformation initiatives within the utilities, energy, and related sectors. You will work closely with enterprise clients to translate business needs into scalable system solutions across ERP, CRM, FSM, and integrated platforms. The position involves deep engagement with stakeholders, from gathering requirements to solution design and implementation oversight. You will contribute to improving operational efficiency, asset performance, and field service capabilities through data-driven insights and process optimization. Operating in a consulting environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional teams across multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing settings and enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology-enabled solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Engage with clients to capture, document, and analyze business processes, needs, and operational objectives, particularly in field service environments.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for enterprise systems and support gap analysis activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, test, and validate solutions aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
  • Lead and support stakeholder workshops, requirement sessions, and solution presentations to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Develop user stories, test cases, and execute testing activities, including defect tracking, validation, and UAT coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using FSM and enterprise platforms.
  • Provide post-implementation support, training, documentation, and ongoing system enhancement recommendations.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
    • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and FSM platforms.
    • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, solution implementation, and system integration across complex environments.
    • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and process design tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio).
    • Solid understanding of utilities, energy, telecom, asset management, and field service operations.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced consulting environments.
    • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
