It is designed for a highly analytical professional who can translate complex revenue and customer data into actionable insights that shape growth, retention, and investment decisions. This is a high-impact, visibility-rich position in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where precision and scalability matter.
Accountabilities:
- Own the GTM analytics infrastructure, including scalable data models and reporting frameworks supporting revenue forecasting and customer performance tracking.
- Define and maintain core SaaS and GTM KPIs such as ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, conversion, and payback period metrics.
- Design, execute, and analyze GTM experiments and A/B tests to measure financial and operational impact of growth initiatives.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools that provide accurate, real-time visibility into revenue and customer lifecycle performance.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and structure large datasets from CRM, billing, product, and data warehouse systems.
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Revenue Operations, BI, and Data Engineering to ensure alignment on data definitions and reporting standards.
- Develop scalable and automated analytics processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of insights delivery.
- Establish data governance standards and ensure a single source of truth for all GTM financial metrics.
- 8+ years of experience (or 6+ in relevant roles) in FP&A, data analytics, revenue analytics, or hybrid finance/data roles within high-growth SaaS companies.
- Advanced SQL proficiency with experience working in modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and cohort-based performance analysis.
- Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and translating results into financial and business insights.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, and familiarity with FP&A platforms.
- Ability to work with complex financial and operational datasets and translate them into clear business narratives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $102,000 – $155,000.
- Remote-first work environment with strong flexibility.
- Opportunity to shape go-to-market financial strategy in a high-growth SaaS organization.
- High-impact role with direct influence on revenue, retention, and investment decisions.
- Exposure to modern data stacks, analytics tools, and scalable finance infrastructure.
- Collaborative, data-driven culture focused on automation, rigor, and continuous improvement.
