Founded in 2014, ShopBack now powers over US$5.5 billion in annual sales for over 20,000 online and in-store partners, and has rewarded shoppers with more than US$800 million (over S$1 billion) in Cashback to date. Through its innovative offerings, ShopBack continues to create value for both members and merchants. Notably, its payment solution, ShopBack Pay, offers members a convenient and rewarding payment option at checkout.
At ShopBack, we handle a lot of data that can tell us about the way shoppers make buying decisions and the data team is responsible for collecting, processing and organising these large amounts of data. We then analyse these complex datasets to draw out practical findings and data solutions that different stakeholders can utilise to enhance the ShopBack experience. As a Data Analyst (intern), you will see a direct link between your work, company growth, and user satisfaction. You will partner with different stakeholders to support business decisions and generate actionable insights. Your work has a direct impact on millions of shoppers in 13 markets ShopBack operates in and is pivotal in driving the direction and future success of ShopBack.
