You will act as a key bridge between business needs and technical execution, shaping how enterprise-grade Salesforce-native solutions are designed, prioritized, and delivered. The role goes far beyond traditional analysis, requiring deep product ownership, strong Salesforce ecosystem expertise, and the ability to translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable, secure, and high-value product capabilities. You will work closely with executive leadership and engineering teams to define roadmap direction, influence platform evolution, and help build category-defining DevOps and security solutions. This role requires strong Salesforce ecosystem expertise combined with hands-on product and technical analysis experience in enterprise B2B environments. The ideal candidate brings deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including metadata-driven systems, deployment models, security frameworks, and ISV ecosystem dynamics. You should have a proven track record of working closely with engineering teams to deliver enterprise software, as well as experience gathering and translating complex business requirements into structured technical solutions. Strong familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and security/compliance considerations is highly valuable. Experience working with regulated industries or Fortune 500 customers is a strong advantage. You should be highly execution-oriented, comfortable writing detailed product documentation, and able to operate confidently in fast-paced, technical environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
