Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

In this role, you will join a data and analytics function that plays a central role in shaping business strategy through insights, reporting, and advanced analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, data engineers, and business leaders to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence. The position combines technical depth with strong storytelling ability, ensuring that analytical outputs directly influence decision-making and performance improvement. You will contribute across the full analytics lifecycle, from requirements gathering and data modeling to dashboard delivery and executive presentations. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will help strengthen data consistency, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive a more data-driven culture across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through data and communicating insights in a way that drives action.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define analytics requirements, design solutions, and deliver insights that support strategic and operational decisions across the organization.
- Collect, integrate, and normalize data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reporting systems and analytical environments.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights and performance metrics.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimization, improved efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring analytics outputs are aligned with business needs and effectively communicated through storytelling and presentations.
- Support the development of data models, forecasting approaches, and analytical frameworks that enable more informed, data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related analytical or consultative role within a data-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with BI tools such as Looker or similar platforms to build dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Solid understanding of data quality principles, including data profiling, validation, and maintaining reliable and well-documented datasets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, self-motivated approach in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, adapt to evolving stakeholder needs, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Competitive salary range of $96,000 to $123,000, based on experience and qualifications.
