This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven partnerships professional to build and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. In this role, you will take ownership of the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying and securing new opportunities to driving long-term revenue growth through strong partner engagement. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to create scalable processes, optimize performance, and strengthen ecosystem relationships. Ideal for a proactive builder, this position combines business development, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. You'll have the autonomy to shape partnership strategies, influence growth initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact. Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, onboarding, and managing strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Identify and engage new partnership opportunities through both inbound and outbound channels, aligning efforts with business growth objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, incentive structures, and joint go-to-market initiatives that create mutual value.
  • Develop and execute partnership plans designed to generate qualified pipeline, revenue growth, and long-term engagement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
  • Manage lead routing processes and maintain strong collaboration with sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and conversion success.
  • Track key partnership metrics, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, partner performance, and return on investment.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting within CRM systems while supporting scalable partner operations.
  • Collaborate across departments to build efficient workflows, improve partner experiences, and enhance overall program effectiveness.
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, strategic alliances, business development, or a related role within fintech, e-commerce, or technology environments.
    • Proven success sourcing, closing, launching, and managing partnerships from inception through ongoing growth and optimization.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and establish long-term strategic collaborations.
    • Experience managing pipeline data, forecasting, and performance reporting using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills, particularly in remote and cross-functional environments.
    • Entrepreneurial and self-directed approach with the ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-moving organizations.
    • Strong organizational skills with a focus on execution, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
