This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships, from pipeline development through long-term client success and expansion.
You will operate at the intersection of business development, account management, and customer success, ensuring partnerships are effectively launched, managed, and grown.
The role requires a strong builder mindset, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
You will work closely with executive leadership while driving operational excellence across CRM systems, deal flow, and partner engagement.
A core focus of the position is strengthening retention, improving conversion rates, and expanding existing organizational relationships.
You will also build and lead a growing partnerships team, establishing structure, accountability, and scalable processes.
This is a mission-driven role with direct influence on organizational growth and impact across healthcare and public-sector partnerships.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage the full partnerships pipeline, ensuring opportunities are accurately tracked, actively progressed, and closed efficiently within CRM systems.
  • Lead deal execution by conducting discovery conversations, shaping partnership proposals, and closing small-to-mid-sized deals, while collaborating on larger strategic opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire partner lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through renewal, retention, and expansion.
  • Drive partner success by ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and consistent delivery of program outcomes and reporting requirements.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts, increasing adoption across departments, teams, or programs.
  • Build, refine, and enforce scalable systems and processes for outreach, onboarding, follow-ups, and account management.
  • Hire, manage, and develop Partnership Managers, setting clear performance expectations and providing coaching on sales and relationship management.
  • Ensure CRM (HubSpot) discipline, data integrity, and pipeline visibility to support forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Partner with marketing and program delivery teams to ensure alignment between demand generation, sales, and service execution.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth handoffs between sales, implementation, and client success teams.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting structures to measure pipeline health, conversion rates, retention, and expansion success.
  • Requirements:

    • 7–12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or client success roles.
    • Proven track record of managing and closing deals, not only maintaining relationships.
    • Experience building or scaling operational systems, processes, or CRM-driven workflows in a growing organization.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, including hiring, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
    • Strong ability to structure complex pipelines and drive disciplined execution across multiple accounts.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders, including executives.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
    • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments requiring initiative and autonomy.
    • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
    • Background in healthcare, nonprofit, workforce development, or public-sector partnerships is a plus.
    • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on operational execution capabilities.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive leadership compensation aligned with experience and impact.
      • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
      • Opportunity to build and scale a core business function from the ground up.
      • Direct exposure to executive leadership and high-level strategic decision-making.
      • Mission-driven environment focused on meaningful impact in healthcare and workforce support.
      • Career growth opportunity into expanded commercial or operational leadership roles.
      • Collaborative, fast-paced culture that values ownership, autonomy, and execution.
      • Opportunity to lead and shape a growing partnerships team and operating model.
