This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering impactful learning strategies that support enterprise and national account clients.
You will design, develop, and facilitate learning programs that strengthen employee capability and organizational performance at scale.
The position blends instructional design expertise with strategic consulting across business units and client stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable learning and development programs tailored to national accounts and enterprise clients.
  • Conduct needs analyses with business leaders and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and define learning objectives.
  • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions to support employee development across various audiences.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment of learning strategies with business goals and performance outcomes.
  • Develop instructional materials, training content, and digital learning assets using modern learning design methodologies.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, recommending continuous improvements.
  • Support the implementation of learning technologies and platforms to enhance learner engagement and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or corporate training within complex organizations or client-facing environments.
    • Strong expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum design, and facilitation of both in-person and virtual training.
    • Experience working with enterprise or national accounts in a consulting or advisory capacity preferred.
    • Proficiency in learning technologies, LMS platforms, and e-learning authoring tools.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to translate business needs into structured learning solutions with measurable outcomes.
    • Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback.
    • Certifications in instructional design or learning and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, CPLP) are a plus.
