This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving strategic growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term client relationships within the travel and technology services space. The position combines hands-on business development with strategic account expansion, requiring a strong ability to identify opportunities, close complex deals, and influence senior stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping revenue growth by developing new business pipelines and strengthening existing client partnerships. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across assigned markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to expand business opportunities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities while managing a consistent and healthy pipeline
  • Present tailored solutions to clients, including proposals, pricing, and value-driven recommendations
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities
  • Represent the organization professionally in client meetings, industry discussions, and networking events
  • Requirements:

    • 3–10+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within travel, technology, or service-based industries
    • Proven track record of generating revenue and closing complex deals in competitive markets
    • Strong understanding of sales strategy, pipeline management, and account development
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong strategic thinking with a results-oriented and customer-focused mindset
    • Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
    • Ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders and organizational levels
