This role sits at the center of a high-growth B2B SaaS go-to-market engine, focused on generating and accelerating enterprise pipeline within the retail and ecommerce space. You will engage senior decision-makers across luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands to spark interest in a leading customer engagement platform. Working in a highly collaborative sales organization, you will partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive targeted outbound campaigns. The environment is fast-paced, metrics-driven, and deeply strategic, requiring both creativity and discipline in outreach. You will be expected to understand complex retail business models and tailor messaging that resonates with C-level and VP-level stakeholders. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for building and converting high-quality enterprise pipeline through structured outbound prospecting and account-based engagement, including:
- Researching and identifying target accounts across retail, ecommerce, luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors, and mapping key decision-makers and influencers.
- Executing personalized outreach campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and event-driven initiatives to engage senior commercial, marketing, and digital leaders.
- Booking qualified meetings and discovery conversations for Account Executives while ensuring strong qualification and relevance.
- Partnering with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, prioritize accounts, and support coordinated account-based strategies.
- Supporting end-to-end event campaigns, including pre-event outreach, meeting booking, and post-event follow-up activities.
- Maintaining accurate CRM data, activity tracking, and pipeline hygiene to ensure strong reporting and forecasting visibility.
- Sharing market insights, objections, and competitive intelligence to continuously improve targeting and outreach effectiveness.
Requirements:
You bring a strong foundation in outbound sales and enterprise prospecting, combined with excellent communication and business acumen:
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales development, outbound sales, or inside sales, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts and engaging senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level).
- Strong ability to execute multi-channel outreach strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn, and structured sequences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft tailored, business-relevant messaging.
- Comfortable conducting cold outreach to senior executives with confidence and professionalism.
- Strong research skills with the ability to translate account insights into personalized outreach strategies.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- High level of discipline in managing activity volume while maintaining personalization and quality.
- Resilient, coachable, and motivated by performance, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote environment.
