The Inside Sales function is responsible for selling the Company’s products and services to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts remotely via telephone or other electronic means. Primary responsibility is to maintain and grow the revenue stream through renewal management, crosssell and up-sell of new opportunities.
Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years
Associate's Degree: Preferred
Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of sales/sales support/client service/account management experience
Strong communication skills who can utilize their relationship skills to partner closely with customers and co-workers alike
Strong knowledge of current Dun & Bradstreet solutions
Creative and innovative thinker who can look outside of the box to demonstrate continued value from the relationship and maintain customer loyalty
Strong execution skills—can get work done efficiently and effectively without direct supervision
Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines
Proven track record of successful performance in a busy work environment
