The Inside Sales function is responsible for selling the Company’s products and services to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts remotely via telephone or other electronic means. Primary responsibility is to maintain and grow the revenue stream through renewal management, cross-sell and up-sell of new opportunities.
Essential Key Responsibilities
Education and Experience
- Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Associate's Degree: Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
Essential Skills and/or Certifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales/sales support/client service/account management experience
- Strong communication skills who can utilize their relationship skills to partner closely with customers and co-workers alike
- Strong knowledge of current Dun & Bradstreet solutions
- Creative and innovative thinker who can look outside of the box to demonstrate continued value from the relationship and maintain customer loyalty
- Strong execution skills—can get work done efficiently and effectively without direct supervision
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines
- Proven track record of successful performance in a busy work environment
- Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success
