Growth Partnerships Manager

This role offers the opportunity to manage and expand a portfolio of high-impact strategic partnerships that directly contribute to customer acquisition and long-term business growth. You will serve as the primary owner of key commercial relationships, driving performance, negotiations, and long-term partnership strategy from end to end. Working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering teams, you'll help bring complex initiatives to life while strengthening executive-level partner relationships. This position combines commercial strategy, operational excellence, and relationship management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of strategic partnerships, ensuring strong commercial performance while identifying opportunities for long-term growth and operational excellence.

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships, overseeing day-to-day performance, contract execution, and long-term relationship success
  • Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders, including executive leadership, through regular business reviews and strategic planning
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, renewals, and contract expansions in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams
  • Develop partnership strategies that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term commercial value
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure successful partnership execution
  • Monitor partnership performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create multi-year strategic roadmaps that align business objectives with partner priorities
  • Represent the organization in executive meetings, industry events, and external partner engagements
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of strategic partnership management, commercial negotiation expertise, and cross-functional leadership in complex business environments.

    • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, or strategic account management
    • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships from strategy through execution
    • Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements and collaborating with Finance and Legal on deal structures
    • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across executive and operational stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
    • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Experience in financial services, media, travel, entertainment, loyalty, or subscription-based businesses is preferred
    • Familiarity with customer acquisition programs, co-marketing initiatives, or partnership funding models is a plus
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high business impact
