This is a senior strategic leadership role focused on shaping and scaling global partnership ecosystems that drive enterprise growth in complex, mission-critical industries. You will be responsible for building high-impact alliances with major industrial OEMs and cybersecurity integrators, transforming them into long-term revenue-generating channels. The role sits at the intersection of business development, go-to-market strategy, and executive relationship management. You will work closely with senior internal stakeholders to align partnership initiatives with broader commercial objectives. This position requires a strong blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution in high-value deal environments. Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute global partnership and business development strategies aligned with overall go-to-market priorities and revenue objectives.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic alliances with major industrial OEMs and cybersecurity integrators to expand market reach and accelerate growth.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with key partners to drive long-term collaboration, mutual value creation, and revenue expansion.
- Expand and optimize indirect sales channels through resellers, systems integrators, and ecosystem partners across target industries.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and partnership agreements ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives and enablement programs.
- Design and implement partner enablement frameworks, including training programs, sales tools, and incentive structures to maximize performance.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and identify new growth opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform partnership strategy and guide executive decision-making.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales within enterprise or industrial technology environments.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnerships with global OEMs and/or cybersecurity integrators and resellers.
- Strong network within industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity ecosystems.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage long-term strategic relationships at the executive level.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends, partner performance, and growth opportunities.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for partner engagement and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
