In this role, you will join a high-impact data science team supporting commercial and sales functions through advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. You will work at the intersection of sales strategy, experimentation, and predictive modeling to directly influence customer engagement and revenue growth. The position involves building robust data models, designing experiments, and developing machine learning solutions that guide commercial decisions at scale. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, product, engineering, and revenue operations to translate business needs into actionable insights. This is a highly visible role where your work will shape performance metrics and optimize sales effectiveness across multiple channels. You will also contribute to the development of dashboards, reporting systems, and analytical frameworks used by leadership teams. Accountabilities:

  • Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data models supporting sales and commercial decision-making
  • Design and implement machine learning models to improve sales targeting, forecasting, and customer engagement strategies
  • Conduct advanced analyses and experimentation (including A/B testing) to evaluate business hypotheses and drive performance improvements
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks to track commercial and revenue performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Revenue Operations to translate business needs into analytical solutions
  • Apply statistical methods and data science techniques to solve complex business problems and improve decision quality
  • Support the development of predictive and decision science systems used to influence core business metrics
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentorship within the data science team
  • Requirements:

    • 5 plus years of experience in data science, decision science, or a related analytical role
    • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in data modeling and analysis
    • Experience with data pipeline and transformation tools such as dbt and Airflow is a strong advantage
    • Solid understanding of statistical methods, experimentation, and A/B testing frameworks
    • Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
    • Strong business acumen with understanding of sales processes, customer behavior, and commercial strategy
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
    • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members in an individual or team capacity
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, data-driven environment
