This is a high-impact engineering role focused on building and optimizing customer data foundations that power personalization, CRM, and real-time engagement at scale.
You will work at the intersection of Snowflake architecture, customer data platforms, and marketing technology ecosystems.
The role involves designing scalable data models that unify fragmented customer data into actionable, governed datasets.
You will enable downstream activation across tools such as CDPs, marketing automation, and reverse ETL platforms.
This is a deeply technical and product-oriented environment where data directly drives customer experience and business growth.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, CRM, analytics, and marketing to shape data-driven engagement strategies.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable Snowflake-based data models supporting customer 360 views, segmentation, and activation use cases.
  • Develop and optimize customer data pipelines that power CDPs, CRM systems, and downstream marketing tools such as Braze and reverse ETL platforms.
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into robust, production-grade data architectures and CDP-ready schemas.
  • Implement identity resolution frameworks, event tracking structures, consent management, and customer profile unification logic.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and performance optimization across large-scale customer datasets.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to enable data-driven customer engagement strategies.
  • Requirements:

    You are an experienced data engineer with strong expertise in building customer-centric data ecosystems, particularly in Snowflake environments and modern CDP architectures. You combine deep technical capability with strong business understanding of customer engagement use cases.

    • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, data modeling, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
    • Advanced SQL and dbt experience with a focus on scalable data pipeline development.
    • Proven experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, and customer 360 data models.
    • Experience supporting CRM and marketing tools such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of event-driven data, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization use cases.
    • Experience with reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch or Census.
    • Familiarity with data governance, consent frameworks, and privacy regulations.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
    • Preferred:

      • Experience with CDP tools such as Segment, mParticle, Tealium, or RudderStack.
      • Exposure to predictive analytics, AI-driven segmentation, or propensity modeling.
      • Experience in domains such as retail, subscription, financial services, or customer engagement-heavy industries.
