About the role:
Within the Digital Product & Experience team, we focus on continuously improving the digital experience for our guests. We ensure that our websites, apps, and other digital channels are user-friendly, accessible, and commercially effective from the initial orientation all the way through to the stay at the park.What will you do:
In your role as a Product Designer App, you continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion and optimize the customer journey at a detailed level. You take ownership of translating data, insights, and user behavior into impactful design solutions that contribute to both user experience and commercial performance.
Work in an Agile, multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other designers, and confidently presenting your ideas to stakeholders across the organization.
Design and deliver end-to-end UX solutions—including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs—with a strong focus on conversion optimization, usability, and commercial impact.
Conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative user research, combining data, insights, and behavior to identify opportunities and quickly act on them.
Analyze and optimize the end-to-end booking journey, ensuring every touchpoint contributes to improved conversion and a seamless guest experience.
Ensure consistency and quality across all digital platforms (Web, Email, App), while contributing to and evolving the design system.
Stay up to date with the latest UX, CRO, and e-commerce developments, applying new insights to continuously improve performance and guest experience.
In this role, you report to the Director DP&E and work from our office in Amsterdam. We operate in a hybrid setup: partly from the office and partly from home. Your primary workplace is our Amsterdam office, and for a full-time role, we expect you to be in the office at least three days per week.

You have a sharp eye for opportunities within complex digital journeys and know how to translate these into impactful improvements. A one-year contract with a one-month probation period in accordance with the Recreation collective labour agreement, with the intention of offering a permanent contract.
A salary between €3,630 and €5,185 gross per month based on a full-time contract*, excluding holiday allowance.

A work-from-home allowance of €2.45 per day.
