Landal’s central procurement department supports the entire organization in managing indirect spend and professionalizing procurement processes. Following the recent merger of Roompot and Landal, we are building one strong, future-proof organization together. You’ll be part of a professional procurement team focused on collaboration, strategic growth, and innovation across multiple categories. Within the Property & Maintenance category, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across park operations, facility management, project leads, and external partners, serving as a senior-level sparring partner.

What will you do:

As a Category Buyer Property & Maintenance, you will shape the procurement strategy for a vital category in our business—everything that keeps our parks operational and welcoming. You understand the facilities and maintenance contractors market, identify trends and innovations, and translate these into practical, forward-looking plans. You are responsible for both strategic development and the daily procurement operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Developing and implementing a forward-looking procurement strategy for Property & Maintenance

· Leading and coordinating procurement activities within the category, including outsourcing of services and maintenance contracts

· Managing relationships with current suppliers and sourcing new strategic partners for areas like cleaning, landscaping, repair services, construction, and more

· Acting as a senior counterpart for internal stakeholders in operations, property development, and park services

· Analysing supplier and market developments, translating them into actionable insights

· Strengthening collaboration with multifunctional teams and aligning procurement with business needs

· Ensuring continuity in daily operations while developing long-term improvements

· Building internal support for your procurement vision and ensuring it’s integrated across teams

Your primary workplace is Amsterdam, with the flexibility to work from home. For a full-time position, we expect you to be at the office at least three days a week.

This is you:

You are a strategic thinker with a practical mindset. You enjoy building strong internal and external relationships and are always aware of what’s happening both in the market and within the business. You understand the dynamics of a multi-site operational organization and are ready to take ownership of this vital category. You also bring:

· A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of working and thinking

· At least 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, specifically within Property, Facility Management, or Maintenance categories

· Experience working in multifunctional teams and managing external service providers or outsourcing contracts

· A solid network and knowledge of the property and maintenance supplier market

· Experience in senior-level stakeholder management

· Strong analytical and communication skills

· A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset

Indien je besluit om met het openbaar vervoer te reizen, worden de door jou te maken reiskosten 100% vergoed. Landal wil namelijk haar medewerkers stimuleren om met het openbaar vervoer naar de werkplek te komen

• Uitgebreide trainings-en opleidingsmogelijkheden zowel online (ruim 150 e-learnings) als offline, gericht op het ontwikkelen van je vakmanschap en zelfontplooiing

• Mogelijkheid tot deelname fietsenplan.

• Deelname aan het pensioenfonds Recreatie. De standaard pensioendatum in deze regeling is 67 jaar. De premie voor dit ouderdomspensioen bedraagt 21,8% van de pensioengrondslag, waarbij Landal en jij ieder de helft betalen
