This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mobile UX/UI Designer (AI-Powered Product Experience) based in Canada.
This role focuses on shaping intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent mobile experiences across a complex product ecosystem. You will design end-to-end user journeys that improve usability, engagement, and overall product performance across multiple mobile workflows. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and design, you will help translate evolving business needs into elegant, production-ready mobile interfaces. A key part of the role involves contributing to AI-powered features, including conversational and intelligent interactions across mobile surfaces. You will also play a critical role in evolving and maintaining a robust mobile design system that supports consistency at scale. This is a high-impact environment where design quality directly influences user satisfaction and product success.
Accountabilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end mobile features aligned with product roadmap priorities, translating user and business needs into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Support the development of AI-powered mobile experiences, including conversational, voice, and multimodal interactions, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
- Maintain and evolve scalable design systems and reusable UI components, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and design efficiency across mobile products.
- Conduct UX audits and continuously optimize user journeys by improving navigation, onboarding, discoverability, and key workflow experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, contributing to design reviews, feedback loops, and alignment on product execution.
- Support modernization efforts across mobile experiences while ensuring design quality across parallel initiatives and product streams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in mobile UX/UI design, with strong expertise in delivering end-to-end mobile product experiences.
- Proven ability to own feature design from concept through execution, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Strong experience working with design systems, component libraries, and scalable mobile-first design practices.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, with a solid understanding of mobile interaction patterns and usability principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and design stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts and experience contributing to implementation readiness.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI-powered interfaces, conversational UX, or SaaS/enterprise platforms is a strong plus.
