Application Support Engineer

This role will embrace the use of Dynatrace APM to enhance collaborative efforts and problem-solving approaches. Design and develop applications following established functional and technical programming standards. Ensure applications perform reliably and meet agreed service commitments. Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing modules. Develop reporting and analysis capabilities to support business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure seamless integration and performance of applications. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Dynatrace APM. Intermediate proficiency in Appdynamics APM. A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Advanced problem-solving skills. Intermediate knowledge of cloud computing concepts. Beginner experience with performance monitoring tools. Intermediate skills in software development lifecycle understanding. Advanced communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
