About this role:
Be a key member of a multi-disciplinary development team to develop and implement significant improvements to core systems and business processes in support of the company’s/divisions profit, growth, and customer satisfaction goals.
What you’ll do:
- Designing, implementing, unit, integration testing and supporting Salesforce applications and services
- Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements
- Collaborate on architecture and technical design discussions
- Perform and participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design/specifications
- Documenting and review detailed design
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
2+ years’ experience in software development experience with Salesforce Force.com platform/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementations
Must Have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in UI development using Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Experience in developing applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, controllers, triggers, Flows, etc…
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems/applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Batch & Asynchronous processes, Platform Events, Change data capture etc…
- Experience with SOSL and SOQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with other teams
Nice To Have:
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Experience working with Jira, Git/SVN, Jenkins, bitbucket etc…
- Scrum software development methodology experience is required
- Thorough understanding of the Salesforce ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) including Salesforce deployment effectively using VS Code and Metadata API
- Experience in participating in architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
