Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Authority Engineer to join our team! To coordinate all project-related approvals, permits, NOCs, inspections, and utility interfaces with government authorities and service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and project schedules.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate with road, utility, and municipal authorities regarding project approvals and permits.

• Manage NOCs related to roads, drainage, sewerage, water, irrigation, power, telecommunications, and street lighting works.

• Monitor approval status and maintain authority approval registers.

• Review contractor submissions before authority submission.

• Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders and utility agencies.

• Follow up on inspection requests and authority clearances.

• Support obtaining completion certificates and service connection approvals.

• Advise the Resident Engineer on authority-related risks and constraints.

• Ensure contractor compliance with authority conditions and requirements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UAE infrastructure projects.

• Experience in authority coordination and utility approvals.
