Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Authority Engineer to join our team! To coordinate all project-related approvals, permits, NOCs, inspections, and utility interfaces with government authorities and service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and project schedules.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate with road, utility, and municipal authorities regarding project approvals and permits.
Manage NOCs related to roads, drainage, sewerage, water, irrigation, power, telecommunications, and street lighting works.
Monitor approval status and maintain authority approval registers.
Review contractor submissions before authority submission.
Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders and utility agencies.
Follow up on inspection requests and authority clearances.
Support obtaining completion certificates and service connection approvals.
Advise the Resident Engineer on authority-related risks and constraints.
Ensure contractor compliance with authority conditions and requirements.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in UAE infrastructure projects.
Experience in authority coordination and utility approvals.
