Junior Solution Architect

The Junior Solution Architect follows detailed instructions and standardized procedures to support solution design and delivery activities, resolving issues of minimal complexity such as configuring demo environments or documenting standard customer use cases. The role assists with technical workshops, demos, and knowledge capture while building foundational expertise in Red Hat technologies. Collaborates with senior architects, sales teams, and engineering partners to ensure accurate solution preparation.
For Account SA roles, the Junior Solution Architect supports customer demos and proof-of-concept activities.
For Ecosystem SA roles, the Junior Solution Architect supports partner enablement sessions and training preparation.

  • Support technical workshops, demos, and proofs of concept by preparing materials under guidance
  • Assist in translating requirements into standardized proposals and enablement collateral
  • Document use cases and contribute to internal knowledge bases
  • Research competitor solutions and industry trends under direction of senior staff
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams for delivery consistency
  • Account SA: Support customer demos, pilot setup, and technical account plan inputs
  • Ecosystem SA: Support partner enablement sessions and preparation of training
    materials
