As an SAP PP Principal Business Analyst at Collins Aerospace, you will play a pivotal role in transforming manufacturing and production planning capabilities through SAP S/4HANA. You will partner with business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize Production Planning solutions that enable operational excellence across our global manufacturing landscape.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) implementations, from solution design through deployment and hypercare support.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PP solutions aligned with manufacturing and shop floor processes.
- Configure and customize SAP PP functionalities, including MRP Live, Capacity Planning, Advanced Manufacturing Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PP with modules such as MM, QM, SD, PM, IM/EWM, and FICO.
- Drive workshops, gather requirements, and recommend industry best practices tailored to aerospace manufacturing processes.
- Support system testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Troubleshoot production planning issues and provide effective solutions to improve business performance and user experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and mentor team members on SAP PP best practices and emerging capabilities.

- Work with SAP Fiori applications, embedded analytics, and next-generation digital manufacturing capabilities.
- Enhance leadership and stakeholder management skills by driving strategic initiatives across global teams.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP), with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP PP processes.
- Minimum of 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of:
- MRP Live
- Capacity Planning
- Advanced Manufacturing Planning
- Shop Floor Control
- Business Process Analysis
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration and SAP Fiori applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- SAP S/4HANA Certification in Production Planning.
- Experience with multiple full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Knowledge of integration with MM, QM, SD, IM/EWM, PM, and FICO modules.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Fiori Apps and Embedded Analytics.
- Exposure to:
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Integration
- SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling)
- SAP Digital Manufacturing
- Experience working in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environments
