Senior Staff Engineer, ERP

In this senior technical leadership role, you will help drive the design, development, and evolution of large-scale ERP solutions that support complex business operations and digital transformation initiatives. You will serve as a technical authority, guiding architecture decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performing enterprise systems. Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise ERP solutions that align with business and technology objectives
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and scalable design principles
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
- Drive system integration, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across ERP platforms
- Review technical designs, code quality, and engineering processes to ensure reliability, maintainability, and security
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the professional growth of technical team members
- Support strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and the adoption of modern engineering practices
- Extensive experience in ERP development, implementation, and enterprise application architecture
- Strong expertise in designing and delivering complex, large-scale enterprise technology solutions
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering decisions across multiple teams
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, system integration, scalability, and performance optimization
- Experience working with enterprise platforms, business process automation, and digital transformation programs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
