Associate Staff Engineer, Tech support

This role goes beyond traditional technical support, focusing on solving complex engineering challenges while enabling teams and customers to achieve long-term success. You will operate in a fast-paced, global digital engineering environment where problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key. The position involves working across diverse technologies and systems, helping diagnose, analyze, and resolve high-impact technical issues. You will also contribute to improving support processes, ensuring better scalability, efficiency, and user experience. In addition to resolving issues, you will act as a technical guide, supporting teammates and helping steer solutions in the right direction. Accountabilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across multiple systems and applications
- Provide high-quality technical support to internal teams and clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes
- Contribute to improving support workflows, tools, and documentation for better scalability and efficiency
- Guide and support junior team members, helping them approach technical challenges effectively
- Analyze recurring issues and proactively recommend enhancements to systems and processes
- Work across global teams to ensure seamless communication and consistent support delivery
- Strong experience in technical support, software engineering, or a related technical role
- Solid understanding of software systems, debugging, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions
- Good programming skills in one or more modern programming languages is a plus
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional, and global environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
