Sr. IT Systems Engineer

Accountabilities:

  • Administer and optimize identity and access management systems, including implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) applications and automating onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows to streamline IT operations, eliminate repetitive tasks, and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize SaaS application usage, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve license utilization, and maximize software investments.
  • Develop reporting and analytics to provide visibility into software spending, utilization trends, renewal risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning processes while ensuring secure and efficient access management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, while proactively implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems.
  • Support and enhance endpoint management, with a focus on delivering a high-quality macOS user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technical and business functions to improve infrastructure, processes, and service delivery.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain a wide range of SaaS platforms and productivity tools used across the organization.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure in a growing organization.
    • Strong experience with identity and access management platforms, particularly SSO implementations and user lifecycle management.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain automation workflows, integrations, and process improvements using APIs and modern automation tools.
    • Experience managing SaaS ecosystems and supporting platforms such as collaboration, productivity, communication, and security tools.
    • Solid understanding of macOS environments and endpoint management best practices.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly within remote and distributed teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing effectively.
    • Relationship-focused mindset with strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
