Kinaxis Solution Architect
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Kinaxis Solution Architect based in India.
This role sits at the intersection of supply chain consulting, technology implementation, and solution architecture, with a strong focus on Kinaxis-enabled planning transformations. You will lead complex, multi-geography supply chain programs, helping global clients design and deploy advanced planning solutions across demand, supply, S&OP, inventory, and network optimization domains. The position requires both deep functional expertise and strong leadership capability to guide distributed teams and ensure successful project delivery in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them select, implement, and optimize supply chain planning technologies while embedding industry best practices. Beyond delivery, you will also contribute to practice building, solution development, and pre-sales initiatives, strengthening overall capability in the supply chain consulting space. The environment is highly collaborative, consulting-driven, and performance-oriented, with exposure to global clients across multiple industries.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain planning transformation programs using Kinaxis or similar platforms across global client engagements
- Design and implement solutions across demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, MRP, and distribution planning
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, technology-driven supply chain planning solutions
- Manage multiple geographically distributed teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across parallel workstreams
- Provide functional and domain expertise while guiding clients through selection, implementation, and adoption of supply chain technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders across consulting, client, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution development, and creation of reusable assets to accelerate delivery and capability building
- Drive best practices in supply chain planning and ensure continuous improvement across processes and implementations
- 7–20 years of experience in supply chain planning, consulting, or technology implementation roles
- Strong expertise in supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, and network planning
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis or other leading supply chain planning platforms (implementation experience strongly preferred)
- Exposure to supply chain consulting engagements across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with large datasets (SQL, Python, or R knowledge preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing presentation skills
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Strong influencing, collaboration, and decision-making abilities in matrix organizations
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Bengaluru
