This role sits at the heart of a global digital learning environment, ensuring that training programs are executed smoothly, effectively, and with measurable impact. You will transform high-level product and learning strategies into seamless learner experiences within a subscription-based platform. Acting as the operational backbone of the program, you will coordinate digital adoption initiatives, manage in-platform communications, and ensure data is accurately tracked to measure engagement and success. The role blends coordination, analytics, and execution, requiring strong attention to detail and a structured mindset. You will work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure learning content and updates reach users effectively. This is a highly collaborative and remote-friendly role within an international environment where data-driven decisions guide continuous improvement. It is ideal for someone who enjoys combining operational rigor with digital learning and user experience optimization.

Accountabilities:

  • Execute and manage in-platform digital adoption initiatives, including user guides, announcements, and targeted messaging using digital adoption tools.
  • Support the implementation of product and learning program updates by coordinating with product management and ensuring timely communication to users.
  • Monitor user engagement and learning platform performance, building and maintaining dashboards to track KPIs and adoption metrics.
  • Design, coordinate, and analyze A/B testing experiments to evaluate messaging, workflows, and engagement strategies.
  • Act as the operational coordinator for training programs, ensuring deadlines are met and all stakeholders remain aligned and informed.
  • Serve as a key liaison between product, marketing, and technical teams, supporting clear communication and structured reporting.
  • Produce regular status updates and reports on program execution, user engagement, and experiment outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate data tagging and tracking within the platform to support analytics and user behavior insights.
  • Requirements:

    • Experience in program coordination, digital operations, product support, learning platforms, or similar analytical roles.
    • Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel, with the ability to interpret user behavior and engagement trends.
    • Experience with digital adoption platforms such as Pendo, WalkMe, or Gainsight PX is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design principles.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows, deadlines, and stakeholders in a remote environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and product updates into clear user-facing messaging.
    • Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
    • Analytical and detail-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Interest or familiarity with enterprise learning platforms or digital training ecosystems is a plus.
