In this role, you will take on a highly strategic technical leadership position driving the evolution of large-scale observability systems that power cloud and hybrid data platforms. You will architect and influence solutions that enable customers to understand the health, performance, and reliability of complex distributed systems in near real time. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, hands-on engineering, and long-term technical vision, where your decisions directly shape platform scalability and reliability at massive scale. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering leadership, and cross-functional teams to define and execute the observability roadmap. Beyond building systems, you will mentor senior engineers and help raise engineering excellence across teams.
