As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure that supports high-availability digital platforms serving global audiences. Working within a fully remote and fast-paced environment, you will help drive automation, scalability, and operational excellence across modern cloud ecosystems. Accountabilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable Kubernetes environments across cloud platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery processes.
  • Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Support and maintain critical infrastructure components, including PostgreSQL databases and Kafka environments.
  • Automate operational tasks, workflows, and infrastructure processes using scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across cloud, containerized, and distributed environments.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to improve deployment strategies, platform reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to infrastructure security, scalability, and best practices across all environments.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide production support when required.
  • Requirements

    • 3–6 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Infrastructure, or related roles.
    • Strong hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
    • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
    • Advanced understanding of Docker and containerization technologies.
    • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation workflows.
    • Strong scripting skills using Python and Bash for automation and operational tasks.
    • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools, including Prometheus, OpenSearch, ELK Stack, or similar solutions.
    • Good understanding of PostgreSQL database administration and Kafka operations.
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities in complex production environments.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-moving remote environment.
