Job Summary:
We are looking for a System Administrator / Infrastructure Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Windows/Linux administration, IT infrastructure support, and network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing systems, providing L1/L2 support, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts, systems, and IT assets.
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, servers, networks, printers, and collaboration tools.
- Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems, network, hardware, and software issues.
- Maintain documentation, security standards, and operational procedures.
- Support Office productivity tools, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 or Linux servers.
- Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, routing, and switching.
- Experience with Active Directory and Office productivity tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, or Azure.
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Exposure to monitoring tools, log management, and security solutions.
- Knowledge of backup, recovery, and system security best practices.
