As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning process, analyzing business performance, and acting as a strategic partner to support decision-making across the organization.
This role combines strong analytical capability with business partnership, ensuring accuracy of financial information, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting leadership with insights that drive performance.
Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast cycles;
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning;
- Ensure alignment between financial plans and strategic objectives.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze revenue, expenses, and key financial KPIs, explaining variances and proposing corrective actions;
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations;
- Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
Business Partnering
- Support business areas in evaluating project feasibility, investments, and strategic initiatives;
- Act as a finance partner to enable data-driven decision-making;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment.
Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify improvement opportunities;
- Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting automation;
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used for planning and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or controlling;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems;
- Advanced English (spoken and written);
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking;
- Clear and effective communication skills.
