This is a senior advisory leadership role focused on transforming how global insurance organizations modernize, automate, and optimize their claims ecosystems. The position sits at the intersection of insurance domain expertise, strategic consulting, and technology transformation, helping carriers reimagine claims operations through data, AI, cloud, and advanced digital platforms. The role is highly client-facing and acts as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating complex claims challenges into scalable technology solutions and measurable business outcomes. It also plays a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategies, strengthening partner ecosystems, and driving pre-sales excellence across large enterprise deals. Operating in a fast-paced, global consulting environment, this leader will influence both commercial growth and long-term market positioning within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate combines deep insurance knowledge with strong commercial acumen and the ability to shape industry narratives.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies focused on capturing market leadership within P&C and L&A insurance claims transformation segments.
- Serve as the primary claims domain expert for complex pre-sales engagements, supporting solution design, deal shaping, and executive client discussions.
- Translate insurance claims processes into technology-enabled solutions across cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives.
- Lead the development of verticalized insurance offerings, ensuring alignment between industry needs and the broader IT services portfolio.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key insurance ecosystem players, including software vendors and platform providers.
- Develop reusable assets, frameworks, and intellectual property to support scalable and repeatable insurance transformation offerings.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive pipeline growth, improve win rates, and increase deal size across strategic accounts.
- Represent the organization as a thought leader through industry events, publications, analyst engagements, and executive forums.
- Support complex deal negotiations by articulating ROI, business value, and transformation outcomes to C-level stakeholders.
- 15+ years of experience in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Annuities insurance, with deep expertise in claims, underwriting, and policy servicing.
- Strong background in management consulting, IT services, or commercial leadership roles within the insurance industry.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or advisory roles supporting large enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of insurance technology ecosystems, including platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in structuring complex deals and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with executive-level presence.
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without formal authority.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
- Competitive U.S. base salary range: $160,000 – $296,000 annually
