Capital Investment Financial Reporting Supervisor

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Capital Investment Financial Reporting Supervisor

to join our Product Development Finance team in our Szentendre office.

We are looking for a driven and analytical Supervisor to lead a team of 5 professionals within Capital & Investment Reporting. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial modernization, enhance reporting processes, and partner with global leadership teams across Finance, Treasury, Engineering, and Investment Efficiency.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

• Lead and develop a team of 5 members
• Drive modernization initiatives using tools such as GCP and PowerQuery
• Manage and enhance CapEx, fixed asset, spending, and capital lease reporting
• Support forecasting and Cycle Plan activities for CapEx, D&A, and EBIT
• Partner with global stakeholders on financial reporting, investment efficiency, and capital strategy
• Support implementation of future-state financial systems and reporting processes
• Improve reporting controls, dashboards, and process efficiencies

Are we looking for you? Yes, if…

• You have 6+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, CapEx, investment planning, or related finance operations
• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or a related field
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• You are highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• You have advanced Excel skills; experience with Alteryx, PowerQuery, or financial systems is a plus
• You enjoy working with leadership teams and global stakeholders

• Experience in Corporate Financial Reporting or Ford GPDS processes is an advantage
