MEININGER Hotels is looking for a Team Lead Cash Management (f/m/d) to join our team and lead a group of 4 people! You will serve as the primary point of contact for all Finance-related questions regarding the assigned area/country, managing the purchase ledger and resolving queries on time to ensure all payments are made to terms.

YOUR TASKS
Core Duties & Responsibilities Reporting
Supports month-end processes to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close Cash Management
Coordination and Execution of all payments of Meininger Group
Posting of all business transactions with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics
Recording receipts and payments of customer deposits and refunds into hotel software SIHOT • Daily setting of payments in the different banking software
Weekly recharge of collections from various service providers (e.g. credit cards, PayPal etc.)
Ongoing reconciliation and monitoring of all Meininger Group bank accounts
Preparation and posting of intercompany transactions in ERP system
Responsible for monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (clearing accounts)
Maintenance of master data in ERP system and relevant reports for auditors
Support in opening of new bank accounts and updating bank mandates master and information to the banks
Responsible for Cash related auditors queries (group, tax and local audits)
Team leadership tasks
First point of contact for all professional questions from other departments and external stakeholders
Keep processes efficient to make daily work smooth
Handling and coordinating substitution in case of absence
Responsible for the Onboarding process within the team and at Meininger HQ welcome days
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Educational degree or relevant qualifications in Accounting
Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures: HGB and IFRS
Excellent knowledge in Excel, MS Dynamics 365 is required
Excellent communication skills in German and English, other foreign languages would be advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines
Proactive, reliable and respectful personality
Willingness to drive process improvements
