Our Advisory practice is dedicated to helping organisations navigate transactions, boost performance, and manage risk. We're seeking talented individuals to join our Deals team, which specialises in valuation services, financial due diligence, capital market transactions, and corporate finance.

Your Mission

We're looking for a Manager to enhance our team's capabilities. You'll be joining a respected team with a strong market presence, taking on responsibilities such as:

  • Conducting business valuations for transactions.
  • Handling financial reporting and tax-related valuations, including purchase price allocations and impairment testing.
  • Leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for M&A transactions.
  • Providing corporate finance and M&A advice, including cost of capital analysis.
  • Assisting with capital market transactions, including IPOs and bond issues.
  • Performing investment analysis to guide key decisions.
  • Managing and delivering large projects.
  • Training, coaching, and supervising staff.
  • Developing your technical skills and those of your team.
  • Staying informed on local and national business and economic trends.

About You

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Accountancy qualification.
  • 4-5 years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, M&A, and business recovery.
  • Strong technical knowledge and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in coaching and managing junior staff.
  • Commercial awareness.
