What you will actually do?
As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of teams supporting financial institutions in the DACH region with complex transformations of processes, systems and services — from initial analysis through to implementation support, with German as the primary working language.
Your responsibilities will include in particular:
Managing and coordinating transformation programmes: You will contribute to the management of complex projects, including planning scope, budgets, risks and resources in a German-speaking environment.
Requirements and process analysis: You will lead workshops, gather and analyze business requirements and model processes (current and target state) using BPMN standards.
Collaboration between business and IT: Your role will be to connect the needs of business stakeholders with technical solutions and support their delivery in cooperation with IT teams.
Project governance and stakeholder communication: You will organize steering meetings, prepare management-level outputs and present project progress and results to management and other stakeholders.
Optimization of organizational operations: You will be involved in optimizing processes (e.g. ITSM areas such as Change, Incident and Problem) and identifying improvements across departments.
Work on corporate banking initiatives: You will support initiatives within corporate banking — from solution design to implementation support.
Project documentation and decision support: You will work with project documentation (RAID logs, budget tracking, decision materials), which form the backbone of high-quality project delivery.

Wage (gross): From 2 000 EUR to 2 800/monthly
(The annual bonus is a non-guaranteed part of the overall compensation package. Whether it is awarded and in what amount depends on the company’s financial performance in the given financial year, as well as on the employee’s individual year-end performance review. For this position, the annual bonus can range from EUR 0 to the equivalent of 2 monthly salaries.)
